Brief

You fill in our brief form or we jump on a call. We ask about the business, the audience, what the site needs to do and what success looks like. We are direct about what we think you need and what you do not.

Proposal

We send a written proposal within 3 business days: project scope, timeline, price and payment terms. No vague retainer structures or hourly estimates that turn into double the quote at the end.

Design

We design all pages before writing any code. You see exactly what you are getting, request changes at this stage where they are cheap to make, and approve before we build.

Build

We build from approved designs. You get access to a staging environment to review everything before it goes live. We test across devices and browsers before we call it done.

Launch

We handle the go-live. Domain configuration, final checks, speed testing and a handover call so you know exactly how to manage what we built. We do not disappear.

Frequently asked.

How long does a website take?

Basic package: 3 weeks. Pro: 5 weeks. Business: 8 weeks. These assume you respond to briefs and approve designs promptly. Delays on your end extend the timeline and we are upfront about that.

Do you work outside Algeciras?

Yes. We are based in Algeciras but work with clients across Spain and internationally. All collaboration is remote. Location has never been a barrier.

What happens after the site launches?

Pro and Business packages include 30 and 90 days of support respectively. After that, changes are billed at our hourly rate or you can purchase a support pack. We are not going anywhere.

Can you work with my existing domain and hosting?

Usually yes. We check your current setup as part of onboarding. If something needs to change, we tell you before we start and include migration in the project scope.

What if I need changes during the project?

Minor changes are included in the revision rounds for each package. Significant scope changes are discussed openly and priced separately before we proceed.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All displayed prices exclude Spanish IVA. The applicable rate will be shown clearly before payment.
